Rachael & Justin || Rocklands Farm Engagement Session
You might remember the engagement session giveaway that I did for the anniversary of Feather & Fawn Photography. Rachael and Justin's good friend, Christine, was the winner, and being Rachael's amazing bridesmaid, she decided that it would be an amazing gift for them. After many months of brainstorming and waiting for the warmer weather, we finally got together for this session at Rocklands Farm in Poolesville, and we are in for a treat of a glorious spring afternoon!
As part of the giveaway, I partnered with Stem & Thistle on getting a bouquet for Rachael and Jefferson Lane for a beautiful hand dyed silk ribbon. Fun fact: the name of the silk ribbon is "Fawn", which couldn't have been more fitting for the origin of this giveaway! And everything came together so perfectly!
Rachael and Justin knew of each other through mutual friends, and they might even have crossed path several times when Justin was attending the University of Maryland College Park in Maryland. But it wasn't until a mission trip to Japan through their campus ministry at Rutgers University that they took notice of each other. It's amazing how God brings people together in the perfect circumstances with the perfect timing!
Thought Rachael and Justin had traveled all the way from New Jersey, they were absolutely ecstatic for the session and we had so much fun roaming around the farm! Congratulation on your engagement, Rachael and Justin! Thank you so much for such a fun and beautiful session!
